RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
Doing this preliminary test before your remodel or demolition begins is not only the legal way to proceed but the safest and the choice that has the most common sense. Not only do you want to remain safe but also having knowledge at least a month before your project begins sets you up to avoid future snags.
COMMERCIAL INSPECTION
Contractors, avoid the pitfalls of potential litigation from tenants, employees or customers by performing an Accredited AHERA Building inspection *PRIOR* to beginning any remodel. Not only does the law require it but it clears you from liability going forward.

I called Skyler and got immediate response, with full and clear explanation of the process the price and schedule. He met every need I had exceeding expectations. An issue came up after he completed the survey regarding the regulatory process and Skyler willingly answered all my questions.
